On 03/13/2026 at 11:00 AM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) David Doidge arrived unannounced to conduct a health and safety check. LPA met with VP of Operations Gary Tia and explained the purpose of the visit.
LPA toured the facility including but not limited to bedrooms, bathrooms, common area, kitchen, and outdoor area. There was sufficient supply of perishable and nonperishable foods. Hot water measured in a shared bathroom was 117.2 degrees Fahrenheit. Multiple fire extinguishers were observed; last serviced on 01/16/2026.
