Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) arrived unannounced to conduct a case management visit in connection with the semi-annual review conducted by DDS and met with Administrator Julie Ann Caparino. LPA explained to Caparino the purpose of the visit.
During the visit, LPA reviewed with the Administrator the semi-annual review report. It was noted that Client 1 (C1) and Client 2 (C2) have not had any dental services for the year nor any appointments made for the year.
Deficiency is cited per Title 22 California Code of Regulations (see Lic 809D).
Exit interview was conducted with the Administrator and Appeal Rights was provided.
