On 8/22/2025 at 9:45AM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) G. Luk arrived unannounced to conduct a POC (proof of correction) inspection. LPA met with Caregiver, Luisa Tecson informed her the reason for the visit. Administrator, Grace Del Rosario arrived an hour later.
The following deficiency was cleared by visit :
- 87307(d)(2): LPA observed the fence is no longer leaning towards the neighbor's side and standing upright.
LPA cleared deficiencies during visit and provided POC letter to Administrator.
Exit interview conducted. A copy of this report provided.
