On 11/14/2025 at 9:00AM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) G. Luk arrived to conduct a closure inspection. LPA met with Administrator/Licensee, Emily Fekete.
During visit, LPA toured the facility including bedroom, bathroom, common areas, garage, and outdoor area. LPA observed no residents present. LPA obtained original license and will send forfeiture letter at a later time.
No deficiencies are being cited on this date.
