While at the facility conducting the continuation of annual inspection, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Delmundo conducted a Proof of Correction (POC) visit for the deficiency section # 87303(a ) cited on May 13, 2026. LPA met with Jonabelle Tolentino, administrator (ADM), and LVN-Facility Nurse Olive Manalastas.
LPA inspected the bathroom vanities/cabinets in the residents' rooms with Olive Manalastas and observed the vanities and cabinets were replaced with new one. Deficiency is cleared on this same day.
