Allegation: Facility staff neglecting Client: Unsubstantiated

It was alleged that facility staff mentally abusing client, however after LPA interviewed with C1, C1 stated “No, S1 is with me all the time. I go with S2 to the library, and they give me what I want and needs. I don’t like to stay here. I want to stay at another place. According to CM and AD, C1 is working with Crises Response Project (CRP), and California Start, and is in the process of enrolling C1 to Catalyst Care adult day program.

Allegation: Facility staff verbally abuses client: Unsubstantiated

It was alleged that facility staff mentally abusing client, however after LPA interviewed with C1, C1 stated “NO…S1 and AD are really nice to me. I just want to go with my mom. They don’t say anything mean to me”.

Although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur, therefore the allegation is Unsubstantiated.
