Facility Evaluation Report

On this day, October 2, 2025, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Delmundo arrived unannounced to conduct an annual inspection. LPA called and spoke over the phone with Aidan Castrence, administrator-licensee (ADM), who can not come to the facility and sent Gloria Gutierrez, staff, to be with LPA. ADM gave permission to Gloria Gutierrez to sign and receive this report. Gutierez arrived at around 1:35 pm.

There is no resident currently residing in the facility. All the buildings were observed vacant and LPA observed a handyman present and working in one of the buildings.

LPA learned that the facility is in the process of being sold. This was discussed with ADM over the phone who stated he was not informed by his mother, Adelaide Castrence, licensee/corporate officer of Gerrylaide Inc/owner of the property. LPA also discussed again with ADM the closure process.
