On this day, March 18, 2026, at 3:40 pm, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Delmundo arrived unannounced to conduct case management visit and with George Vidican, licensee.
1. Licensee's plan to sell the property. LPA informed the licensee that if he sells, he lose control of the property and licensee will be forfeited.
2. Plan to keep the license active. LPA explained that the license shall keep the facility is compliance with Regulations and have to pay annual fee.
On this same day, license decided surrender the license that was issued by the Department.
