The inspector’s account

On September 4, 2025, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Delmundo conducted inspection and issued citation section # 80087(a) for deficiencies observed with proof of corrections to be submitted by September 18, 2025. LPA only received the picture for the carpet flooring. Pictures for bathroom, kitchen floor, and yard were not submitted nor received by LPA.

On this day, September 25, 2025, LPA conducted Proof of Correction (POC) visit. LPA met with George Vidican, licensee-administrator, and informed the reason for visit. LPA inspected the kitchen floor, bathroom and yard which showed cleaned.

LPA reminded George Vidican of submitting complete POCs timely.
