Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Delmundo arrived unannounced to conduct a POC visit for the deficiency (section 80020(a)) cited on March 22, 2024. LPA met with staff, Jose 'Jay' Fernandez and Milagros 'Mel' Fernandez. LPA later met with Victoria Canovas, administrator.
Administrator submitted pictures on March 23. 2024 showing walls of the room were demolished.
On this day, 4/03/24, LPA inspected the sun room and observed the walls were torn down, ceiling already fixed and flooring is in the final process of being leveled. Contractor was observed present in the facility.
