On 05/08/2026 at 2:00 PM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) conducted a case management in regraded to the complaint number: 15-AS-20260122121901. LPA met with Nikka Pascua, Resident Care Coordinator, and explained the purpose of the visit. Samuel Ogden, Executive Director, gave verbal authorization to sign the report.
LPA provided education about facility's collaboration with the ombudsman and provided resources to Pascua to know more about the role of the ombudsman.
