On 07/27/2026 at 9:55 AM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) P. Manalo arrived unannounced to conduct a case management to follow up on the P&I money from the annual inspection conducted on 07/02/2026. LPA met with Administrator, Josephine Abella and explained the purpose of the visit.
During the visit, LPA reviewed 5 clients' p & I log and money with Administrator, Josephine Abella.
