Facility Evaluation Report
On 07/02/2025 at 11:50 AM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Ardalan Gharachorloo arrived unannounced to conduct 1-Year Annual Required inspection. LPA met with the licensee, Young Kim and explained the purpose of the visit. The facility currently has no clients in care.
LPA toured the facility including but not limited to bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, common area and backyard. All outdoor and indoor passageways are kept free of obstruction. A comfortable temperature is maintained at 72 -degree Fahrenheit. LPA observed lighting in all rooms are adequate. Hot water temperature in the shared clients’ bathroom was measured at 112.4 degree Fahrenheit. All toilets, hand washing, and bathing are safe, sanitary and in operating condition. The supply of extra hygiene was available. There is a minimum of one-week supply of non-perishables and 2-day perishables food supply.
Smoke detectors and carbon monoxide were in operating condition during visit. Fire extinguisher was last serviced on 05/08/2025. Emergency Disaster Plan was last reviewed and posted on 07/02/2025. First aid kit was observed to be complete.
The facility currently has no staff and no clients. LPA reviewed the licensee's file and it was complete.
No deficiencies were cited during this inspection.
