What claiming does
Adds the things only you know — current vacancies, languages your staff speak, your price band, and what you can actually accept.
It never changes the state’s figures, and it never moves you up a list. Lists are alphabetical.
Why the licensed number
It is on your state licence record, it is public, and you cannot change it without going through the licensing office. That is exactly what makes it worth checking against — anything you could simply tell us would prove nothing.
A person makes the call, so there is nothing to email us and nothing to scan.
If your licensed number is out of date, update it with the licensing office first. We do not accept a substitute — accepting one would make the check meaningless.
