On Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Hiratsuka visited the facility to do an annual visit. LPA met with Caregiver Ayson Aguirre.
LPA toured the home with Caregiver including common areas, kitchen, storage, bedrooms, bathrooms, hallways, laundry, garage, yard. The home has 4 single resident rooms and one staff room. The garage connects to the facility via the laundry room.
