Facility Evaluation Report
On 1/17/2024 LPA Tryon visited the facility to do an annual visit. LPA met with licensees Maxim Agati and Leah Aguirre.
The home currently does not have any residents yet, but hope to have residents in the near future.
LPA toured the home with licensees including common areas, kitchen, storage, bedrooms, bathrooms, hallways, laundry, garage, yard. The home has 4 single resident rooms and one staff room.
The house is new, very nicely furnished and clean. It is spacious with room for activities, etc.
Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors installed as well as fire extinguishers which were checked in October 2023.
LPA reviewed the CARE Plan with licensees.
At this time the home appears to be in good condition and meet regulations. No deficiencies were cited.
The home will let LPA know when they have their first resident move in.
