During complaint investigation 59-AS-20250414150539, it was discovered a resident developed the need for a hygiene device to ensure comfort and lessen the chances of falling during the night. This was never addressed in the resident’s care plan when the device was started as required by Title 22 regulations.
Deficiencies cited from the California Code of Regulations, Title 22, Division 6 of California Regulation. Failure to correct the deficiency and/or repeat deficiencies within a 12 month period may result in civil penalties. Appeal rights were provided.
