Facility Evaluation Report

Licensing Program Analyst Jill Nakagawa arrived at approximately 12:00 to review POC's, and met with Katrina Brass to review the steps that had been taken thus far. Vendor (M and D Quinley) provided class via ZOOM. Approximately 14 staff, including administration attended the first program. There will be a second opportunity for the remainder of staff (approximately 10) to participate. This will fulfill the POC.
