Facility Evaluation Report

On 8/7/2026 Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Jill Nakagawa arrived to meet with Sarah Shepherd (SS), Program Director/Administrator and Lorena Romo (LR), the newly appointed Clinical Director to discuss program protocols for the facility under Title 22.

Areas of discussion were Title 22 regulations for medication destruction, Incident Reporting, and how a Social Rehabilitation differs from an Adult Residential Facility as well as the differences in the qualifications and trainings of staff.
