Facility Evaluation Report
Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Jill Nakagawa arrived unannounced to conduct the Annual Continuation of the facility. There are four residents residing at the facility however all four were attending Day Program at the time of inspection. There was one staff present.
LPA inspected the facility and found it to be clean, organized and well-maintained. Residents' rooms were clean and were furnished as required per Title 22, with personal touches showing the residents' personalities. The living room had a large TV and computer monitor for residents use. There were games and arts and crafts supplies which the residents enjoy with staff each day upon their return from Program. Inspection of the kitchen found it to be clean and food and other storage was safe and well-maintained.
Staff have completed the required training for 2024. LPA discussed the new regulations regarding care for residents with Dementia and Neuro-Cognitive Disorders. LPA left a copy of the PIN 24-09. Licensee will be sending in paperwork to update the Administrator for the facility.
