Facility Evaluation Report

Licensing Program Analyst Jill Nakagawa arrived at Galileo Place and met with Administrator Tanya Yoo and Program Coordinator Amy Meier. Covid-19 protocols were discussed to plan for potential Saturday Club starting operations in February. Vaccinations, testing and documentation were discussed. Signage and social distancing were also covered in the conversation.

Staff is looking at starting the program out slowly and keeping participants in cohorts if possible. Also considered, pre-visit screening done on-line either through Facebook or other website.

LPA shared information from the County as well as the PINs from State DSS.

Facility is well-stocked with Rapid Response tests and PPE, and staffing has been addressed to cover cleaning and sanitization.

Will need to discuss Guardian and clearance of volunteers and future staff.
