Complaint Investigation Report

LPA Nakagawa inspected the contents of refrigerators and freezer on several visits and found that all foods stored were not expired, and opened containers were all dated and stored in closed sealed containers or packaging.

Although the allegations may have happened or are valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violations did or did not occur, therefore the allegations are Unsubstantiated.
