Home Care Aides are not approved on the Home Care Aide Registry

Enforcement Analyst (EA) Yolanda Hankerson ,was greeted by Licensees Sheliah Hampton... EA Y. Hankerson conducted an interview with Sheliah. EA, Yolanda Hankerson review payroll, training and registry compliance.

Although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur, therefore the allegation is unsubstantiated.

An exit interview was conducted. A copy of the 9099 and appeal rights were provided.
