A Case Management visit was conducted by Licensed Program Analyst (LPA) K. McClurg. LPA met with Assistant Administrator (AA) Veronica Clifton. The purpose of this visit was to verify that Staff 1 (S1) no longer working &/or was allowed on facility premises.
It was determined that S1 has not been employed or allowed on facility premises on or after July 28, 2024.
