On 6/2/26 at 11:40am Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) J. Leffall arrived announced to conduct a Case Management. LPA was granted entry and was greeted by Administrator (A1) Veronica Clifton.
The purpose of the visit was to follow-up on overdue annual payments the facility owed to CCLD. Upon visit, payment was made online in full.
