On 5/25/23 at 9:55 AM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Malia Thao arrived unannounced to conduct a collateral visit for complaint #24-AS-20230124162623. LPA explained reason for inspection and was granted entry. LPA met with Administrator Ashley Newlin.
No deficiencies cited during this inspection.
