On 3/21/23 at 1:20 PM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Malia Thao arrived unannounced to conduct a collateral inspection. LPA explained reason for inspection and was granted entry. LPA met with Administrator Ashley Newlin.
No deficiencies cited during this inspection.
