On this date 8/27/2021, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) M. Medina arrived to conduct an Annual Required Infection Control Inspection. LPA allowed entrance into facility by front office staff. Upon meeting with Business Office Director, Shannon See, LPA Medina was notified of positive COVID within the last 7 days.
LPA notified Department and will continue Infection Control Inspection at a later date.
No facility tour conducted during this visit.
