COMPLAINT CONTROL NUMBER: 24-AS-20220405105308

Kitty litter box is kept in kitchen making kitchen unsanitary

On 04/29/22, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) M. Yang arrived unannounced to deliver findings on the above allegation. LPA introduced self, stated the purpose of the visit, and met with Licensee Deena Patch.

During the course of the investigation, LPA reviewed photo submitted, and conducted interviews. Based on the photos provided, cat litter box was under kitchen counter. LPA conducted interview with staff and it was confirmed cat litter box was located in kitchen area unsanitary since January 2022.

Based on the review of photo and interview conducted the preponderance of evidence standard has been met, therefore, the above allegation is found to be SUBSTANTIATED. California Code of Regulations, Title 22, Division 6 are being cited on the attached LIC 9099D.

An exit interview was conducted. A copy of this report and Appeal rights were provided to Administrator.
