On 6/9/23 at 2:19 PM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Malia Thao arrived unannounced to conduct a case management - other inspection to amend the Facility Evaluation Report issued on 5/1/23. LPA explained reason for inspection and met with Administrator (ADM) Maria Lowes.
No deficiencies cited during this inspection.
