Staff do not safeguard residents' personal property

This is an amended report. Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) L. Xiong conducted the complaint investigation to the facility. During the course of this investigation, LPA reviewed facility files relevant to the complaint and conducted a facility tour.

During the course of this investigation LPA reviewed facility files relevant to the complaint investigation. It was determined that the above allegation: Staff do not safeguard residents' personal property is UNSUBSTANTIATED. Although the allegation may have happened or is valid there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur.

No deficiencies issued. Exit interview conducted. A copy of this report was discussed and provided to the Licensee. Report signed on-site.
