Facility does not safeguard resident's room and personal belingings

Facility did not follow required Eviction procedures

Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) L. Xiong conducted the complaint investigation visit to the facility.

During the course of this investigation LPA reviewed facility files and interviewed staff relevant to the complaint investigation. It was determined that the above allegation: Facility does not safeguard resident's room and personal belingings, and Facility did not follow required Evivtion procedures are UNFOUNDED. The evidence from the investigation indicated there was a facility deep cleaning recently but residents were present while the cleaning took place. The record reviewed indicated eviction procedures meet title 22 requirement. This agency has investigated the complaint alleging (Facility does not safeguard resident's room and personal belingings, and Facility did not follow required Evivtion procedures). We have found that the complaint was unfounded, therefore we have dismissed the complaint.
