Licensing Program Analyst LPA Shawna Doucette attempted to conduct an Annual Inspection on this date. LPA spoke to Administrator Esmeralda Gaither who stating the facility is currently closed and operating solely through zoom. Administrator Esmeralda Gaither advised she would contact CCLD when the facility resumes to in person instruction.
An exit interview was conducted with Administrator Esmeralda Gaither via phone and a copy of this report was provided via email.
