On October 2, 2025, Licensing Program Analyst Sarah Benson conducted an unannounced collateral visit and met with Administrator Esperanza Chavez. The purpose of the visit was to conduct interviews with staff and a client.
LPA Benson conducted one client and one staff interview during the visit in regards to a case management at North Valley Services McCoy Home.
No deficiencies were cited during today's visit.
