Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Hiratsuka conducted this unannounced annual visit. LPA met with Administrator Liwayway Sepelino.
This facility has a fire clearance for three ambulatory and one non-ambulatory for a total of four residents. The non-ambulatory fire clearance is for any resident bedroom. The largest of the rooms has an exit to the backyard. There is one private bathroom in the largest room and one full common bathroom. There are four private resident rooms and one staff room. There is a laundry room that connects the inside of the house to the garage. The main common area has the kitchen, dining, and sitting area. There is a locked cabinet for medications and files. The backyard has an exit to the front on the same side as the garage. There is a locked shed in the backyard.
