Facility Evaluation Report
Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Renee Campbell arrived unannounced to conduct an annual inspection. LPA Campbell met with Tanisha McNeal, Administrator and explained the purpose of the visit.
As observed by LPA Campbell, three clients were sitting and watching television upon entry. One staff member was mopping the floor and they then called the administrator to provide access to the community files.
LPA Campbell toured the facility and inspected common areas, the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, and backyard areas to ensure there are no safety hazards for residents. Furniture and furnishings were sufficient to meet the needs of residents. The facility temperature was 75 degrees Fahrenheit, which is within the required range of 68 and 85 degrees. The facility's water temperature measured 113 degrees Fahrenheit, which is within the required range of 105 and 120 degrees. The backyard was toured by LPA Campbell and pathways and exits were found to be clear. The two sheds in the backyard were accessed. The locked shed was found to be empty except for empty boxes on the floor and shelves. The unlocked shed contained a more shelves and a walker.
