Facility Evaluation Report
Licensing Program Analyst, LPA Noel Wolf Petersen, arrived unannounce to the facility to talk to the folks involved with a series of potential incidents where a client may have propositioned another client for oral sex.
The accused residents R1 and R3 both deny any wrongdoing on thier part.
R1 made the statement that they had some conversation with the accusing resident r2 that seemed from his perspective like a joke, and then recalled the conversation took a sudden and dark turn, but did not involve soliciting oral sex.
The accusing resident R2 has a recollection of events regarding R3 that she was victimized physcially,, and there exisits a video of the incident that did not corroborate that event. Its unclear what was said in the video, but no physcial incident occured between the residents r2 and r3.
LPA notes that R2 did not recall making a complaint or incident or accusation about R1 during thier interview.
The department is leaning toward an explanation for these incidents that R2 was expressing symptoms when these accustions were made, and without corroborating statements that counter that narrative the department has no further questions at this time regarding these incidents.
The LPA gave guidance that R2's future accusations should be throughly documented by staff(where, when, what was everyone wearing), such that they could be quickly litmus tested for veracity with camera footage. no citations were given related to this visit. a copy of the report was read and given to the administrator. exit interview was conducted.
