The inspector’s account

Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Renee Campbell arrived at the facility to conduct an unannounced annual inspection on 09/24/2025. LPA Campbell met with Chelsey Richardson, Administrator and explained the purpose of the visit. The administrator assisted with today’s visit.

LPA Campbell inspected the physical plant including but not limited to the common area, kitchen, dining area, client bedrooms, client bathrooms and outside courtyards of the facility to ensure compliance with Title 22 regulations. This facility consists of two buildings: one single story and another two story building. The community is licensed to serve adults between ages 18 to 64 consisting of (64) non-ambulatory residents and (20) ambulatory. LPA Campbell observed the facility to be free of odor, clean and in good repair. LPAs observed bedrooms to be properly furnished with appropriate bedding and lighting. There are no bodies of water present. A large outdoor space with seating and shade reserved for residents was observed outside of the dining room.

LPA Campbell observed sufficient seven-day non-perishable and two-day perishable food supplies. Hot water temperature was measured in bathrooms. The resident bathroom water temperature was measured at 106 degrees Fahrenheit (F) which is within 105 degree F (41 degree C) and not more than 120 degree F (49 degree C) as required by regulations . Fire extinguishers were last inspected on 02/09/2025. Fire drill logs were reviewed for the prior four months and were found complete. The facility thermostat was observed at 69 degrees Fahrenheit in the two story buildings and 71 degrees Fahrenheit in the one story building.
