Facility Evaluation Report

Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Renee Campbell arrived announced to complete a prelicensing inspection. LPA Campbell met with applicant Betty Dominici and explained the purpose of the visit.

LPA Campbell observed that a new hot water heater had been installed and was working. LPA Campbell then went to a bathroom that would be served by the new boiler and measured the temperature of the water. Hot water was measured at 108 degrees Fahrenheit (F) which is within the required measurement 105 degree F (41 degree C) and 120 degree F (49 degree C). The water for another bathroom in another section of the facility was measured at 113 degrees F.

LPA Campbell has no objections to licensure. This prelicensing inspection has been passed. An exit interview was conducted and a copy of this report was left with Betty Dominici.
