The inspector’s account

Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Jason Lund made an unannounced one year required visit made out to the facility. LPA Lund was met by the facility designated Administrator, Jessica Ruiz, and explained the reason for the visit. Census 14

LPA Lund & Administrator Jessica Ruiz toured/inspection of the facility including the kitchen area was inspected. Cabinets and drawers were inspected. Food supply was reviewed for adequate 2-day perishable and 7-day nonperishable quantities at this time. A inspection of the dining area, living area, and all other areas intended for resident use was conducted. Medication cabinets and supplies, located in the facility office, were inspected and reviewed. This medication cart was observed to be locked and made inaccessible to the residents at this time. A inspection of the resident’s bedrooms and restrooms was conducted. Furniture and furnishings were observed to be sufficient and able to meet the needs of the residents at this time. Laundry area was inspected. Cabinets storing detergents and bleach were observed to be locked and made inaccessible to the residents at this time. Linen closet was inspected to contain a sufficient supply of towels, blankets, and linens. Fire extinguishers, located throughout this facility, were observed to have been annually inspected on 12/1/2025 by the local fire extinguisher company, and in compliance at this time. LPA reviewed three staff & three clients files and were in compliance.

There were no deficiencies observed or cited during today's annual visit. Exit Interview
