The inspector’s account

Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Jason Lund arrived unannounced to conduct a one year required inspection and was met by the facility staff and later with Administrator Ashlynn Burch. Census:9

LPA Lund & Administrator Ashlynn Burch toured/inspected the facility including, kitchen area were the cabinets and drawers were inspected to make sure that this facility had sufficient supply of dinning dishes in order to meet the needs of the clients. A inspection of 2-day perishable and 7-day non-perishable food quantities was conducted and in compliance. Medication cabinets, located in the facility entry/laundry area, were inspected and made inaccessible to clients. A review of the facility Medication Administration Record was conducted and in compliance. First aid kit was observed to contain all required components. Laundry area was inspected and all cleaning supplies were inaccessible to the clients. Fire extinguishers,were checked by fire extinguisher company on 01/24/2025 and in compliance. A inspection of the dining area, living area, and all other areas designated for resident use were observed to be furnished and maintained in compliance. A inspection of the residents’ bedrooms and restrooms was observed to meet the needs of the clients and in compliance. Hot water temperatures was taken and was within the allowed range of 105-120 degrees. A inspection of the facility exterior grounds was conducted and is in compliance. A review of three clients & two staff files was reviewed and in compliance.

No deficiencies observed or cited during today's annual visit. Exit Interview done and report left
