Facility Evaluation Report
On 04/30/2025, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Renee Campbell arrived to the facility announced to conduct a pre-licensing inspection. LPA Campbell met with Elizabeth Weil, Administrator (#6071014740) and explained the purpose of the visit.
LPA Campbell conducted Component III orientation with the applicants.
LPA Campbell toured the property with the applicants and inspected common areas, the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, and backyard areas. Furniture and furnishings were sufficient to meet the needs of prospective residents. Bedrooms contained a bed and mattress, nightstand, closet, chair and lamp. The indoor temperature was 68 degrees Fahrenheit (F), which is within the required range of 68 and 85 degrees. The home's water temperature measured 120 degrees F, which is within the required range of 105 and 120 degrees. Knives and cleaning products were locked under the kitchen cabinet out of reach of residents.
LPA Campbell observed first aid supplies that included thermometer, tweezers and scissors. There were fully-charged and up-to-date fire extinguishers. Carbon monoxide/smoke detectors were tested and found to be fully functioning. LPA Campbell observed a locked cabinet for the storage of medication in the hallway leading to the bedrooms.
LPA Campbell has no objections to licensure. This prelicensing inspection has been passed. An exit interview was conducted and a copy of this report was left with Elizabeth Weil.
