Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) Kimberly Viarella and Charlie Yang conducted an unannounced case management visit on 03/08/2023 with designated facility administrator, Sonja Gonzalez. The purpose of this visit is to discuss and clarify incident reports, hospice, and the overall care of residents at this facility.
There were no deficiencies observed or cited during today's case management visit.
