Facility Evaluation Report
Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Albert Johnson conducted a health and safety check. LPA met with House Manager (HM), Cindy Fuentes and explained the purpose of the visit. The purpose of this visit was to ensure the he alth and safety of residents.
LPA confirmed that staffing is sufficient today and there are no unmet needs for the residents in care. The facility is staffed to provide no gaps between shifts.
The department provided the facility with a master list of available facilities. The facility was also given information regarding a temporary suspension order.
Health and Safety check has concluded for today. The overall safety of the facility including food supply, physical plant and staffing is adequate.
No deficiencies were cited pursuant to Title 22 rules and regulations, Health and Safety Codes.
