Facility Evaluation Report
Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Albert Johnson conducted a health and safety check. LPA met with Roberto Garcia and explained the purpose of the visit.
LPA confirmed that staffing is sufficient today and there are no unmet needs for the residents in care. The facility is staffed to provide no gaps between shifts.
LPA toured the facility and observed residents watching tv in the living room and in their respective bedrooms during this visit. The Department notified the facility that it is actively seeking a Temporary Manager to help minimize transfer trauma and ensure that the facility’s daily operations are maintained effectively. The department will continue to monitor the situation with daily Health and Safety Checks.
No deficiencies were cited pursuant to Title 22 rules and regulations, Health and Safety Codes.
