Facility Evaluation Report

Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Jason Lund arrived unannounced to conduct an annual/required inspection. LPA met with staff and later with Administrator Elizabeth Rodriguez and explained the reason for the visit. Census:4

LPA Lund & Administrator Elizabeth Rodriguez toured/inspected the physical plant including but not limited to the kitchen, dining room, resident bedrooms, resident bathrooms, laundry room, activity room, and outside courtyards. LPA Lund observed sufficient furniture and lighting throughout the facility. LPA observed sufficient seven-day non-perishable and two- day perishable food supplies. Hot water temperature was measured at 109 degrees Fahrenheit in resident bathroom sink, which is within the required range of 105 to 120 degrees. Fire extinguishers, smoke detectors and carbon monoxide are operational. LPA Lund observed centrally stored medications are kept locked and inaccessible to residents. LPA Lund reviewed and compared resident medication vs. resident medication logs. LPA Lund reviewed 3 client and 3 staff files, including criminal record clearances and are in compliance. First aid kit was checked and is complete.

Per the Title 22, Division 6 of California Code of Regulations. No deficiencies were observed during today's inspection. Exit interview conducted and report left.
