The inspector’s account

Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Jason Lund arrived unannounced to conduct a case management visit. LPA Lund was met with Administrator Patty Calla and explained the reason for the visit.

On January 4, 2024, LPA Lund received Decision & Order that Staff (S1) was excluded from working at the facility. On 2/12/2024 LPA Lund confirmed that S1 was not working at the facility.
