Based on a review of the MAR documenting several missed medication doses and the blood pressure logs documenting resident non-compliance with no action taken by staff, the allegation of "Staff did not meet the needs of the resident in care" is SUBSTANTIATED. A finding of substantiated means that the preponderance of evidence standard has been met.
Deficiencies are being cited from the California Code of Regulations (CCR) Title 22, Division 6. An exit interview was conducted and a copy of this report and appeal rights were given.
