Complaint Investigation Report

Allegation: Facility is over charging resident. R1 was admitted with identified functional assessment that have changed as a result of R1's lack of mobility. The facility reassessed R1 and determined that R1 needed additional support that change since the pre assessment and required the facility to provided additional support for R1 based on the ambulatory status change and incontinence care.

Based on records reviewed the allegations are UNSUBSTANTIATED. A finding of unsubstantiated means that although the allegation may have happened, the preponderance of evidence does not prove it.
