Facility Evaluation Report
An informal meeting was conducted today on 02/03/2026 at the Sacramento Regional Office via Microsoft Teams. The purpose of the Informal Conference was to discuss the facilities compliance with Title 22 Regulations Present at this meeting were Licensing Program Manager (LPM), Lisa Rios, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA), Arielle Pascua, Valley Mountain Regional Center (VMRC) Director of Community Services, Brian Bennett, VMRC Quality Assurance Division Manager, Katina Richison, VMRC Quality Assurance Program Manager, Anna Sims, and VMRC Community Services Liaison, Deanna Fantulin. Representing the facility was Licensees, Joan and Mark Little. The informal conference process was explained during this meeting.
The focus of concerns at this time were as follows:

The Licensee agreed to do the following in order to bring the facility into compliance:
A copy of the facility training conducted for personal rights by 2/06/2026.
The Licensee was notified that an email version of this document will be submitted to her corresponding email on file. It was requested that she review this document and provide a signed version back to this LPA.
There were no deficiencies observed or cited during today's office meeting. Exit Interview
